Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy Learning Collaborative

This learning collaborative is for providers interested in or new to prescribing gender-affirming hormone therapy to their adult* patients. It will cover hormone initiation, management, and surveillance of testosterone- and estrogen-centered therapies.
Experienced providers are encouraged to attend our twice-monthly community of practice. Learn more below!
*Course content will be focused on care of the individual who has reached a developmental stage of Tanner 4/5.
SAVE THE DATE: Letters of Support for Gender Affirming Surgical Care

This one-day virtual course offers mental health providers the opportunity to learn about:
preparation/recovery from gender affirming surgical care
conducting trauma-informed gender affirming mental health assessments for adults
writing letters of support for adults

This twice-monthly community of practice will support primary care providers in offering gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) to their adult* patients.
This community of practice depends on peer-to-peer learning. Each meeting will include opportunities for general check-ins and case-based discussion on various topics. Participants are encouraged to submit cases in advance of each meeting.
Providers who are interested in prescribing GAHT but have not yet begun are encouraged to attend the GAHT Learning Collaborative on December 7th prior to joining this community of practice. See below to learn more.
