Faculty: Dr. Alex Keuroghlian, Director of the Division of Education and Training at The Fenway Institute, Psychiatrist at Fenway Health, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School

This webinar will offer recommendations related to mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics with include resources for general mental health and coping, specific mental health conditions, families and children, health care providers, and cultivating mindfulness.

Learning objectives:

  1. Describe approaches for maintain general mental health and addressing specific mental health conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  2. Apply resources for supporting families and children during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  3. Describes strategies to enhance resilience and mindfulness among health care providers during the COVID-19 pandemic
