This is an opportunity for nurses and other care providers to discuss HIV related topics with experts and peers on a monthly, one-hour Zoom call. Each call will begin with a brief didactic presentation followed by a discussion of cases and questions submitted by call participants. 

The following objectives will be covered:

1. Discuss two key strategies that nursing can integrate to enhance communication in times of crisis (COVID-19) that are built on evidence based practices.
2. Describe two skills that promote how nurses and leaders can support each other during this COVID-19 pandemic.
3. Illustrate the purpose of empathy during COVID-19 in the field of HIV clinical nursing.
4. Understand the value of soliciting input from colleagues around new ideas, workflows, and innovation in times of crisis.
5. Identify three self care strategies to optimize health and well being that are critical during this pandemic.
